Lynda focuses her practice on estate and trust administration, estate planning, probate and tax.
Lynda enjoys helping families with the two bookends of estates: establishing an estate plan (during lifetime) and administering a loved one’s estate (after death), as well as the important work of nurturing and adjusting plans as life circumstances naturally evolve over time.
Estate planning and administration is a comprehensive process intersecting estate, trust, real estate and tax law. Lynda has her eye on all of the nuances of these interlocking pieces and helps clients navigate through the complexities. Explaining legal and tax concepts in terms easy to understand is important to Lynda. She cares about making sure that clients understand their options for their estate plans and their legal duties as a fiduciary for a loved one.
Lynda fell in love with estate planning in 2007 after spending the first part of her career in litigation, mediation and law firm administration.
Lynda received her J.D. from Boston College Law School in 1989, cum laude. She received her Bachelor’s degree with Distinction in Economics, summa cum laude, from Boston University in 1984. In 2011, Lynda earned her LL.M. in Taxation at Boston University Law School. She is admitted to practice in Massachusetts.
Lynda is a contributor to Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education seminars on estate administration.
Lynda is enjoying an empty nest with her husband now that her son is in college nearby.
